It is important to note that parking enforcement in Crystal City is robust and timely. The Early Bird parking at the two parking garages is the best value for a workday event at the Hotel.

Dress Code

Attendees (Active Duty/Reservist in Uniform): Khakis or SDBs are appropriate for all events EXCEPT the Banquet on Thursday evening. Banquet is Service Dress Blues with ribbons.
Attendees (All Others): Business Attire for all events including the Banquet.
Awardees (Active Duty/Reservist in Uniform): Service Dress Blue for Awards Luncheon & Banquet. Khakis or SDBs for all other events.

  A media lounge will be open Tuesday Afternoon to Thursday. Please pick up registration materials on-site at the Registration Area located in the hotel lobby.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees: Cancellations must be received on or before 8 January 2025 at 1200 EST for a refund minus a $30 fee. All notifications on or after January 8, 2025 are non-refundable. If you go from Virtual Only to In-Person registration you will be charged the difference. No refunds will be issued when you switch from In-Person to Virtual Only registration.
Corporate: All payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Once assigned a booth number and/or invoiced you are committed to participate. If for any reason you need to cancel, 50% of the total invoiced will be due. If you cancel after 30 November 2024, you will be liable for 100% of the total invoiced. Prices shown are subject to change.
