This event is specifically designed for the Surface Warfare community, with a focus on the United States Navy and Coast Guard. The Waterfront Conference offers a unique platform for attendees to engage with experts, network with fellow professionals, and participate in discussions on the latest strategies, technologies, and advancements in surface warfare. With a strong lineup of speakers and panel discussions, this event promises to deliver valuable insights and knowledge that will benefit both active duty personnel and industry partners alike.

No one under the age of 18 allowed

There is no fee for active duty in uniform or government civilians to attend the session however, there will be a nominal charge for lunch. We do ask that everyone pre-registers to ensure our counts are accurate. If you have NOT registered by Wednesday, 18 March 2026 at 1600 we cannot guarantee a lunch for you.
We use your email during the registration process to ensure you are eligible for complimentary attendance.

Dress Code

We recommend business casual for all our civilian attendees. Leave the jacket and tie at home! Casual button-down shirt or golf shirt and trousers.
For our Active Duty Attendees: We are recommending NWU Type III or Flight Suits for all including speakers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before March 11, 2026 will be refunded minus a $5 fee. Cancellations received on or after March 12, 2026 are non-refundable.

Exhibit and Sponsor Information

There is space for vendor tables outside the auditorium. This is also where all refreshments and lunch will be available. The cost for corporate members is $1000. A 5% fee will be added for anyone who is not a corporate member. We also have a few Government tabletops available.
