About Event

This event is specifically designed for the Surface Warfare community, with a focus on the United States Navy and Coast Guard. The Waterfront Conference offers a unique platform for attendees to engage with experts, network with fellow professionals, and participate in discussions on the latest strategies, technologies, and advancements in surface warfare. No one under the age of 18 allowed

There is no fee for active duty in uniform or government civilians to attend the session however, there will be a nominal charge for lunch. We do ask that everyone pre-registers to ensure our counts are accurate. If you have NOT registered by Friday, 21 March 2025 at 1600 we cannot guarantee a lunch for you.
We use your email during the registration process to ensure you are eligible for complimentary attendance.

Dress Code

We recommend business casual for all our civilian attendees. Leave the jacket and tie at home! Casual button-down shirt or golf shirt and trousers.
For our Active Duty Attendees: We are recommending NWU Type III or Flight Suits for all including speakers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before March 11, 2025 will be refunded minus a $5 fee. Cancellations received on or after March 12, 20245 are non-refundable.

Exhibit and Sponsor Information

There is space for vendor tables outside the auditorium. This is also where all refreshments and lunch will be available. The cost for corporate members is $750. A 5% fee will be added for anyone who is not a corporate member. We also have a few Government tabletops available.

Small Business Showcase - Submission Deadline Extended to 14 March

The Surface Navy Association invites small businesses to submit their innovative products, services or ideas for a chance to present at the Surface Navy Small Business Showcase, the afternoon of Wednesday 26 March 2025. This event aims to provide a platform for small businesses to demonstrate cutting-edge solutions, foster innovation and collaboration, and connect small businesses with experts across the industry.

Eligibility:
Small businesses, as defined by the Small Business Administration, are eligible to apply.

Submission Process:

All submissions must be made by 14 March 2025.

2. Submissions will be reviewed and selected companies will be contacted and invited to present their ideas to a panel of experts and audience during the event.
