National Officers

The Directors shall elect the following Officers; all shall be members ex officio of the Board of Directors and shall serve without compensation.

Board of Directors

Management of the Association shall be by its Board of Directors (“The Board”.) The Board controls the assets of the Association, establishes policies, and initiates, implements, and executes whatever measure it deems necessary to further the interest of the Association.

The Board represents the Strategic Discussion Process.

Committee Chairs

There shall be eight standing committees (including the Executive Committee). Other ad hoc or standing committees may be established by the Board of Directors as needed.

Executive Committee

With a quorum of four directors, the Executive Committee is responsible for management of the Association during the interval between meetings of the Board of Directors. It has all the powers of the Board during such intervals. All Board Officers are automatically members of this Committee along with each of the Committee chairs.

The Executive Committee represents the Tactical Operation.
