Who: ALL active duty, civilians, and interested parties are welcome!
What: Please join us aboard the Victory Rover on a two hour tour of Naval Base Norfolk and the Elizabeth River. Be prepared to learn something new about our Hampton Roads naval! Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating, an air-conditioned enclosed deck, an open-air shaded upper deck, snack bar, and souvenir shop.
When: Friday, 26 September 1100-1300, recommended arrival is 30 minutes prior to departure

Uniform: Civilian Attire
