CAPT Gil Clark, LCDR Carlos Carballo, and LT Heather Brown observed the San Diego NROTC annual Pass-in-Review. Chapter President CAPT Clark presented an officer’s sword to Midshipman Samuel Griffin for the 2024 San Diego Chapter SNA Award for his demonstration of superior professionalism, esprit de corps, and military bearing.
